And now for a commercial break..

We are in Las Vegas tonight staying at the Desert Rose Resort and "hot dog!", this is the best deal of the trip so far. It has a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bath. The man is happy; there are TWO flat screen TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped (even has a dishwasher) and down by the pool there are grills for guests to use. 

So it was off to Von's grocery store where I bought chicken breasts, salad fixin's and 2 potatoes for baking. It was delish! BUT what made it all really special was these ingredients:

I added Slug Slime from Los Bagels in Arcata to our salads. We didn't have butter so we used Belani Garlic Mint Cheese which we purchased at the Farmers' Market in San Rafael on our baked potatoes. I think Costco sells Belani products. Yum!
